I am a mental lapse...
I am rarely rarely ever left dissatisfied when I go out to eat, yet during lunch today, that's exactly what happened. Word to the wise...if you are at the mall during lent at lunch and need to eat...actually, if it's not even lent and you're at the mall and you're about to eat, don't ever get the spinach lasagne from SBARRO's. BLECH. Sometimes, I'll order something that I don't really like too much, yet I'll finish it anyway and just remind myself never to get that item again. But this time, I couldn't even get through half of the lasagna. I think I only had about a quarter, and I was literally forcing myself to eat it. Luckily I had a salad and breadstick too...but I almost had the mind to go back and get a pizza to recover, but I had already spent like 9 bucks and I thought that the pizza might put me over as far as getting full, cuz their slices were pretty big. I want to work out today, so maybe I'll roll home real quick and grab a bite and then hit the gym after. Not enough sustenance. Anyway, so yeah, don't get it man, it truly truly sucks.
I have had bloggers block lately. Actually, not bloggers block, it's more of an unmotivated type block. I keep jotting things I wanna write about and I have all these things in my head, but when I'm in front of the computer and I wanna open up my blog, I just don't feel like it. I wonder why...so many things to update about too...oh well, maybe the motivation bug will strike me next week or something.
In training today for presentations + powerpoint. I'm the only guy here =p
Lesson of the day
Drink lots of water...roughly 8 glasses a day. Keeps you hydrated. If you get thirsty during workouts or during sports, you were already dehydrated about 1/2 an hour before.
